And they are offering great incentives to be able to site themselves on your site as well.
As a guide, fast-food operators need around 1400-1700 sqm minimum and will pay rent in return for a ground-lease of up to $100k per annum. Otherwise, they will even leaseback a designed built building of which would cost around $1.2M to build, a rental of $200k per annum. Otherwise, they would be interested in an outright purchase.
