For those interested in logistics and infrastructure, the Barnawartha North precinct is a magnificent logistics node and industrial estate on the Hume Freeway, just outside Wodonga and Albury. The precinct is renowned for hosting major distribution and freight operators such as the massive Woolworth’s distribution centre & others.
We have an assortment of industrial and rural zoned sites of all sizes. And, If highway exposure is important, one of the available sites is situated near the interchange of both the Murray Valley Highway and the Hume freeway.
