The site was designated for development as a shop, showroom, or restaurant with drive-through (STCA).

With an area of approximately 2,475 sqm, the site was contested by numerous Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) retailers, but Wendy’s won the day.

Other major retailers currently trading at the centre include Supercheap Auto, BCF, Officeworks, and Planet Fitness, among others.
