Perhaps these customers are the least likely to be affected by rising interest rates as well.

Anyway, this Spotlight Hervey Bay Centre hosts national retailers Anaconda, Harris Scarf, Spotlight and Good guys, and Early Settler and others such as Sketches footwear

Last remain shop available is 380 sqm approx (subdividable) on ground floor with car parking out the front.

There is also an office of around 2000 sqm on the first floor and there are 300+ car parks under the centre itself

Therefore there are only a few tenancies remaining and leasing packages may include contribution to fit out and very attractive for what is being offered.
