The redevelopment of the old wharf & site Hamilton is a magnificent example of what can occur when thoughtful urban design creates a precinct which is great to live, work and invest.

Of particular note Northshore Hamilton will become the homebase of the Vaxxas bio-medical facility that will create needle-free vaccines for COVID-19. It will also be the home of the Brisbane Athletes Village for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic games.

The suburb’s amenitiy to different public transport, means less demand for parking accomodation. Ultimately this means more efficient buildings. And with this, and the combined commitments by government, investors,  tenants, and property developers, Northshore is fast becoming the place a vibrant, mixed use, precinct which was originially imagined prior to 2009 when it was first approved.

Adjoining the quality residential suburb, is a prestigious multi-story office park component, incorporating, technology, biomedical, petroleum and logistic companies.  Available office space for lease, is already limited. New office developments are in planning and under construction and looks like they need even more, particularly when it’s reasonable to conclude, that when the Athletes village and Vaxxas get underway, they will create further demand from allied occupiers as well.
