12/04/2024/ – We have recieved a wanted enquiry from a leading shipping container refurbishement group who are searching for land owners or managers with yard or warehouse facilities, in greater Sydney. This group imports containers & refurbishes them for use as portable offices. Initially, they anticipate storage for approximately 2 to 3 20ft office containers, with potential scalability to 10 to 20 units monthly in the near future. In other words they need scalable storage space.

Specifically, they would like a quote us the following service provisions:

(a) Container yard rental charges:
– per unit per month basis

(b) Container Lift On Lift Off (LOLO) charges:
– per unit per LOLO

(c) Container viewing access/escort charges:
They would require one of the office containers to be on the ground-level unit if the containers are stacked. In addition, they are interested to know if you can support by attending to and escorting our clients (if required) to the specified office container for viewing. If this service is available, kindly outline the associated charges for this assistance.

(e) Delivery fleet:
– Does your company have its fleet i.e. Side loader / Hiab cranes to facilitate the delivery of containers if required?
If yes, what would the charges be like?

They aim to establish a long-term partnership, and should the rates and services align with our requirements, we envision an ongoing collaboration as we continue to import and supply office containers.
