This fast food burger chain is owned by one of the largest US fast food giants and they’re on a fast-track to opening around Australia. They also owns other brands such as Subway. However, they are currently wanting sites for just the burger chain. Currently they 44 restaurants with around 22 pending approvals. For developers, a deal with this company will give you a secure lease back to the corporate giant. The cost of the their improvements will be around $2M and they will require around 2000 sqm land size for preferably a twin drive through. Their building size will be around 200 sqm. they will locate on a stand alone site or along side a servo on high traffic locations. Of late they have been securing sites in and around WA, but they will look at all opportunties in other sites except for north queensland for now
