This fast food burger chain is owned by one of the largest US fast food giants and they’re on a fast-track to opening around Australia. In fact we are already negotiating a new store with them. They require around 285 sqm with drive through and will take a lease back or ground lease of 1800 sqm. For developers, a deal with this company will give you a secure lease back to the corporate giant. The cost of the their improvements will be around $3M and they will require around 2000 sqm land size for preferably a twin drive through. They will locate on a stand alone site or along side a servo on high traffic locations.
