We have been inundated with retailers wanting to locate on the site and will not be able to accommodate them all. Therefore, there is an opportunity for other property owners and as a consequence of this,  we are on the lookout for sites suitable for fast food, service stations, large format retail, and outdoor storage. We will consider all sites in excess of 1500 sqm. Preferably, we would like a site with mixed-use zoning, which would accommodate service stations and large format retail showrooms of 3000 sqm or more.
