An international warehouse distribution process consultants who’s work on line distribution for majors such as Coles, Amazon and Woolworths need temporary space for their 40 foot containers. Each container will be permanent placed for regular access. Containers will not be stacked either. This means that, no heavy load lifting via a folk lift with be required.  Ideally the hardstand or yard space will be in Western Sydney. They are flexible as to whether the rental period is for short or long periods and they can accommodate development clauses in favour of the owner, after a minimum period of 18 months or so. The sites can be either hardstand or green field.
